I really like home renovation shows like, “Fixer Upper” and “Property Brothers”, and “This Old House”. I love seeing how a house that was practically unlivable and ugly, turned into brand new home. It never ceases to amaze me how the renovation process; the tearing down, and destruction of the old, moldy, and sometimes vermin infested place, could be transformed into a lovable, beautiful, home for family to live and friends to gather.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭12:2‬ ‭ESV‬‬ (You Version Bible app)

Sisters this month we’ll be focusing on this verse. It may be a familiar verse but I believe the Holy Spirit has been calling me to look deeper. I don’t know about you, but the Lord has been revealing areas in my house (my heart, mind, etc) that need to be renovated and transformed. How about you? In your singleness or marriage, are there areas of your life that you’ve allowed to be conformed (take the shape of) to this world? Like the way you talk/gossip, unforgiveness, lust, fornication, selfishness, envy, fear, etc? Let’s take the next 4 weeks to pray and ask the Lord to reveal areas that need His carpenters touch, to be renovated, restored, and made new for His glory and our joy. Journal the areas the Lord reveals to you and ask the Master to get to work! I can’t wait for the transformations that will happen in our lives. Yes, it may hurt at first to get worked on, but the end results, will be so worth it.

If you need prayer please feel free to email me. I’m here for you💕
